Cancellation Policy
I ask that a 48 hour notice from your appointment time is given to reschedule your appointment. I ask that you reschedule within 3 booking periods, 3 months, to keep your deposit valid. Anything less than 48 hours notice and you forfeit your deposit. Another deposit will be needed to book the next time. Each person gets one late notice reschedule with the deposit still being honored. If you reschedule your appointment before the 48 hours, more than 1 time you will need another deposit to schedule and your previous deposit will no longer be valid. If you cancel your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. If you are running late please contact me as soon as possible to let me know, as it does cut into your appointment time. Anything later than 10 minutes and your appointment will be rescheduled. All deposits when booking are nonrefundable. No call, no shows will be immediately charged half of the service amount and no longer be allowed to book. Thank you for understanding!
